After working his way across the country, opening dozens of restaurants for large restaurant groups, Mike is excited to back home in Ashland, WI to finally open a restaurant of his own! Mike is a classically trained chef, experienced restaurant manager & a quite literally a jack of all trades, so don’t be surprised if you see him cooking, hanging something on the wall or leading a staff meeting around The Local!

Brad is a classically trained chef with an extensive culinary background – working in many large scale dining establishments throughout the Twin Cities. Although Brad is used to cooking in large cities, his roots are in small town Wisconsin as well. Brad specailzes in Traditional American dining with a flair – his dishes & menu creation talents are sure to bring some fun and unique dining experiences to the Ashland area.
